How do I get a Library card?

Identification must provide your name, signature and current address. Once your ‘Statement of Responsibility’ is signed, you will be issued a Library Card. Children under the age of 14 do not require proof of address, but must have the application form signed by a parent or legal guardian in the presence of a Library Official.
